Dear valued customer
As we need to migrate some of our backend services on our US cluster, we are planning to take MyCludo offline during the migration to secure any change in customer configurations against getting lost in transit.
This applies only to MyCludo and those who do configuration changes through our API. Search will continue to work without any interruptions throughout the migration.
We have reserved 6 hours for the operation, but it will likely not be unavailable for more than approximately 20 minutes in total.
