Resolved

AWS has fixed the outage on their side, and we have been clean since. During that window, about 30% of AI Summary and AI Chat requests failed for EU customers. Search and US customers were never affected.

As a follow-up, we will work on a EU-based alternative provider for cases like this. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.

Degraded performance: AI Summary and AI Chat (EU). Our AI provider, AWS Bedrock, is experiencing an incident in the EU region. Some AI Summary and AI Chat requests for customers hosted in the EU are failing. Search is not affected. We are monitoring and will update when the provider recovers.
